A - upper class

C1 - Lower middle class
C2 - Skilled worker class
D - Lower working class
E - Lowest level income earners 

Demographic analysis is the study of a population-based on factors such as age, race, and sex. Demographic data refers to socioeconomic information expressed statistically, including employment, education, income, marriage rates, birth and death rates, and more. It is known as a more outdated way of gaining audience information



Due to the successor believing they are of a higher social status, they would be more likely to listen to stations that play Classical and jazz music. Commercial radio stations like Classic FM and BBC 3 play music that would appeal to them more, and they would feature advertisements that would appeal to their sense of high status. For example:
Business's and expensive brands would be advertised on the channels. 
Along with this, the presenters would be chosen purposely to appeal directly to the political beliefs and interests so that they are more likely to enjoy the radio host.





The resigned are most likely to stuck to the music that they have enjoyed for years and gotten comfortable with. This is because they believe in traditions and institutions that they grew up with and are less likely to change their opinion on their taste in music. With this, they would most likely listen to radio stations such as Gold radio UK as they play music from the past decade. 
These radio stations may also hire a presenter that is of similar age to the target audience

Psychographics in marketing focus on understanding the consumer's emotions and values, so you can market more accurately.
